This is my non-professional About Me page.

I spent 25 years in the corporate world and ended my career in middle management. It was too frustrating dealing with that type of structure, having little control over how things are managed, having little input into decisions, etc. It got to the point that I didn’t even like myself after work, so I have no idea how my husband did, either. My marriage and life, in general, are more important to me than some “job”. I decided I needed a big change before it started affecting my health. So, with my husband's support, I quit my long-time job and started working online as a Virtual Assistant. I have a full roster of clients and probably more work than I really want. Now I'm researching and trying to find ways to work smarter and not harder. And a little extra money would be OK, too.
