About Me Personally
Kim founded Waivaisir, Inc. in 2006 upon completion of a comprehensive virtual assistance training and certificate program from Virtual Assistance U.
With her B.A. degree in English cum laude and minor in Journalism from Virginia Union University, Kim has been working as a Senior Executive Assistant and Administrator supporting C-Level executives and their teams in a variety of administrative and technical capacities while running her VA business. She has over 22 years of professional business experience in office administration and management, and client needs focused disciplines in the areas of non-profit, human resources and recruitment, IT, finance, sales, and marketing. She has worked forsmall to medium-sized businesses and global organizations with multiple locations.
She enjoys relationship and team building, coaching, and takes pleasure in supporting others, both virtually and in business office environments. Passionate about her Christian faith, family, and friends, she is a community volunteer and currently serves on the Board and Marketing Committee of Communities in Schools in Kalamazoo. She likes developing new technical, business, and personal skills in her spare time via online training courses, and is an advocate for free online training sites, believing that everyone should continually be improving or learning something new and different.
